Jordan McCoy - The Girl Who Has Just About Every Ingredient To Rock People Upside Down And Then Inside Out
Enter (soon to be fifteen year old) Jordan McCoy - a vocally gifted, charismatic, impossibly sweet, All-American girl having a truly unique style about her. I think this girl has every single ingredient to rock everyone upside down as well as inside out.
Jordan got my attention three years ago, in early June, on the American Idol spin-off television show American Juniors. During the first minute of seeing her in a personal interview, I just knew Jordan had something special.
Once I watched her perform her very first competition song titled 'Stupid Cupid', I knew that was a name that would surely not soon be forgotten. She actually is by far, an incredible singer not to mention seasoned performer.
With brilliant consistency during the entire summer, that particular 'X' factor was a lot more than apparent as each week went by. Jordan was ultimately signed by Diddy (Bad Boy Records) during the early spring of 2005 and her very first CD released after that.
'Just Watch Me' is a really inspirational song displaying Jordan's unique and incredible sounding vocals and reflecting an authentic style of originality. Not a bad way to begin a national career!
'Next X Boyfriend', one of Jordan's newest on-site listens. It's a masterpiece combination of edgy rock and pop - along with her teaser snippet of 'Good Guys'. Jordan's vocals really are primed to pump you up with satisfaction. I just cannot get enough.
Soon after listening to these songs, I come off feeling as if eighties pop and modern 'anything-goes rock' are placed in a blender and let loose. The outcome is fairly refreshing.
I believe two things. 1) Diddy picked a winner. 2) Jordan was selected by a winner.
Diddy is actually a very talented guy who's a producer, writer, actor, performer, clothing designer, and a lot more. He's certainly a role model for young America and is aware of the best way to make things happen with style.
